You need to add your clients as contacts on the system. You can can either add them individually or import them all in one go using our import system. (More on importing contacts).
It’s important you enter the correct cellphone number and contact email address (if you have it).
When you create an appointment you should select the correct contact with whom the appointment is with.
It’s that easy!
And now your clients will automatically start getting text reminders to their phone and email reminders before each appointment!
